cup ghee or butter
2 cups finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
2 lb (1 kg) medium-sized atayef (pancakes), store-bought

2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup orange blossom water

Mix
the sugar, chopped walnuts, and orange blossom water well.
Stuff
the pancakes with this filling. Flod and pinch the edges together
to secure.
Brush
the pancakes with the ghee or butter. Arrange in a baking
pan and bake in a hot oven as directed in Cheese Pancakes.
Dip
in hot syrup and serve hot.
