Kebbe blaban (Kebbe in yogurt)
Prepare yogurt: sieve 3 cups yogurt in large pot, add 2 big spoons starch or 1 spoon corn flower diluted in one cup of water.
Cook on small fire stirring all the time until it starts to boil. Cook 1/2 cup rice apart and add to yogurt.
Add kebbe prepared (see recipes). Fry mashed garlic with fresh green coriander, or mint and add to yogurt (optional).
