Kebbe bi saynyeh (in oven)
Make kebbe dough with very smoothly ground meat (600 grs), one small onion, Two and half cups burghol, salt and pepper. Brush oven tray with ghee or butter, cover with thin layer of kebbe. Fry minced meat (200 grs) with chopped onion and pine nuts; spread over kebbe. Cover with another layer of kebbe. Smooth and make parallel slits with knife to decorate. Cook in medium hot oven.
